In partnership with LISC and ONAP, Civitas will conduct an in-person Property Maintenance Management training.
This two-day training is open to all tribes and provides a comprehensive overview of property and maintenance management for tribal housing programs. The session will cover key areas such as eligibility, asset and financial management, compliance, resident engagement, maintenance operations, and practical tools to strengthen housing program operations and long-term sustainability.
Participants will gain strategies for improving day-to-day property management, documenting maintenance needs, supporting regulatory compliance, and building stronger systems for managing tribal housing programs.
